Certification Reference

What each standard covers

StandardScopeTypical Applies To
CEEU conformity — Low Voltage Directive (electrical safety) + EMC Directive (electromagnetic compatibility); self-declared by the manufacturer, not third-party issuedAll categories, mandatory for EU/EEA sale
FCCUS radio-frequency interference compliance, enforced more strictly than CEAll categories, mandatory for US sale
RoHSRestricts hazardous substances (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium) in electronic componentsAll categories, EU requirement
IEC 62471 / EN 62471Photobiological safety — evaluates UV LED optical radiation risk to eyes and skin, risk-group classification and labellingCore certification specific to UV printers (LED light source), adopted by EU/US/China as market access requirement
ASTM D3359 (reference)Cross-hatch adhesion test — validates ink adhesion on rigid substrates, not a mandatory certificateQuality verification reference, confirmed per order via sample test report
QC Pipeline

Four checkpoints before a shipment is approved

01 · Incoming Material

Printhead, LED lamp module and electrical component batches checked against the approved spec.

02 · In-Process Sampling

Nozzle check, color calibration and vacuum table function sampled during assembly.

03 · Curing & Adhesion Test

LED-UV curing performance and ink adhesion verified per unit against the spec sheet.

04 · Documentation

Test records and applicable certificates compiled with the shipment.
